i had a delightful stay here, enjoying a spacious and comfortable room along with an excellent breakfast buffet that catered to all tastes, making each morning a treat. the hotel's proximity to the celebrity wax museum, just almost 2 km away, and the beautiful parks nearby really allowed me to immerse myself in the local culture during my weekend explorations, perfectly fitting my love for city walks and sightseeing.

The breakfast spread had a killer variety that set me up for the day. The staff? Super friendly and attentive, especially at the Stadia bar where they always had a smile! Plus, the location is a stone’s throw from Deli KC for some local flavor.

On the flip side, the room smelled musty and could use a bit more TLC. I also had to chase down some room essentials like tissues, which is a no-go for a place touting those five stars.

I was impressed by the clean and spacious lobby, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate comfortably. The staff were very friendly and provided assistance whenever needed, enhancing my overall experience at the hotel.

So, we were there for 2 nights with the family and boy, the food experience at that masala restaurant was a game changer! The team led by Nikhil really went above and beyond, making my daughter's birthday dinner feel special. Gotta shout out to Abhinesh too, he really made us feel taken care of every time we stepped in!

Eventually, after much wait, I got the suite, but the experience left much to be desired.

This place was just a proper fit for resting at all in Kochi with fantastic value for money. The interaction with Nithin at the front desk made my check-in smooth which I really appreciated after a long trip. Make sure to double-check your IHG number is linked for faster service next time.

I stayed in a Standard King Room, and I was appalled by the multiple issues. the bathroom door wouldn't close properly, which was incredibly frustrating during my stay. Additionally, after a long day out, I returned to find out there was a water leak flooding the bathroom, leaving me to deal with a mess. I attempted to reach out for help, but the front desk staff were unhelpful and dismissive, failing to address my complaints in a timely manner.

my stay at holiday inn was great! the breakfast had so many choices, and the staff at the stadia sports bar were incredibly friendly and professional. i loved relaxing by the pool area, which was nice and serene. the in-house ayurveda doctor was also an amazing addition, making my wellness experience truly special.
